Yeah you did say it looked bad, but that was when it had 19mm plating, worse dpm by magnitudes, and had a few other weaker things about it. I think most people thought it would be garbage until they gave it Elbing pen and the 25mm plate back. Now it's just a good sidegrade to Elbing and more fun that Z-52. I'd much rather play it for DD gameplay than either, even if Elbing is a better cruiser killer.

In my opinion, people play bbs because they don't want to be shot, they can stay at long range and hope. Then, if by some accident they do get shot, they at least have the best armour and HP.

Ever consider maybe doing a once in a blue moon video on odd captain builds for various ships to see how it works just for shits and giggles? I've personally been playing around with the idea of a secondary build for my St. Vincent as it looks like you can get the secondaries up to about 10 kms.
