Dr barber is one of those characters who seemed like a madman but he’s actually a nice guy in the end That’s what I like about flapjack they had some of the most weird and wacky characters as well as the most atmospheric events happening durring the plot It’s a shame this show doesn’t get the credit it deserve especially since pen ward j g quintel and Alex hirsch got their starts on this show

When I was a kid, I never understood why he would pull out a knife just to pull out a pair of scissors. I thought it was a waste of perfectly good suspense before watching this and realizing the knife was just a super deceptive (and evidently, oddly effective) scabbard for a pair of barber scissors. Plus, the singing trio in the background makes it VERY convincing
