Yeah the flappy bird machine is a ticket farm the game is supposed to get harder over time but after a certain point it stops getting harder and if you can beat that then you can keep get a ton of jackpots if you ever see this in an arcade you should play it.

Fun fact. Back in 2015 when I worked as an arcade operator, i had enough technical knowledge to access the programming tools on the flappy bird game. I used said controller to lower the difficulty, get a super high score, and then turn the difficulty to max. Hours of fun were had watching people waste money trying to prove they were good at the game

I’m a game dev and I’ve made flappy bird so many times. I’ve made it in different platforms and different sprites. It’s one of the easiest games to make and you can’t really find a game dev that hasn’t made a version of flappy bird. It’s truly a great game.

Well... the local arcade here had this machine. I honestly think I was the one that forced them to implement a "one jackpot per day" limit for each machine that had one. The jackpot target to hit raises so much after a win of one; both it, and the value, varies per location... my local machine raised 20 each time, and the jackpot was set to 500 tickets. Walked away with at least 3500 tickets for about $9 of play.

Fun Fact: I've played this and got to 400. Starting from 300 points, you'll start to encounter moving tunnels, which hardly anyone discovers (as the game is very hard, in fact.) i was thinking that if you reach 500, there'll be some fire plants too, like in the game.

When I play it, I bring a suction cup thingy so I cam cover up my tickets, I play until I lose and most of the time I get 200-300 tickets, just focus on the game and u will be able to beat the record. Some tape will work too instead of the suction cup thing

I remember when i was on a trip a couple months back i ran into one of those but it had no x5 tubes and the score to beat for jackpot would always go up by 20 with the one i did at the time was 80, hit exactly 80 points/tickets and got another 1k for the jackpot, it was one of those ticket printers so i actually had to wait around for abouy 5-10 min for it to print and almost missed a bus

Does the game print the tickets as you play? Because if it does not, than you could not win infinite tickets because you’d have to play infinitely therefore you wouldn’t be able to stop playing to print the tickets.
