I've played with this deck before. The random energy generation and discard is a big pain. Also the decision about whether to put the early energies on drud or eevee is also a headache since both need 3 of them. Also need 2 druds quickly in the beginning since both froakie and eevee are supposed to be safe on the bench and if they get Sabrina'd it sets the game back for us. It's a deck where the cards are needed in a much ordered way at the right time.

I agree! Druddigon is a very good card. You can basically put it on almost every deck as a tank or as an attacker for decks like this one.

drudd/ninja is so versatile you can run basically anything fire/water/colorless behind it. i run it with mew ex for meta decks but i'm sure there are a bunch of crazy combos

Flareon is a pretty good value card. Stage 1, 3 energies (only discards 1), 110 damage. And I like that Drudd can potentially attack too and is not just a wall. Now, Flareon please come to me 😂

You gotta try a venosaur ex deck. 2x bulb line up. 2 erikas. 2 proffs. 1 caterpie. 2 mew ex 1 budding expeditioner. 2 potions. The last cards allow for a bit of flex options I’m still working on. So far 2 Sabrina’s have filled that slot well, but every now and then you get that destroying feeling of losing to 10 damage aka the Giovanni difference. I’ve beaten just about every top deck with this. Veno is unkillable. Even against fire.

Why run caterpie? It's dangerous to run a basic squishy with no evolutions and then have the rest of your deck mainly ex focused. I've played Blaine decks for a while just because it's free wins against celebi and vena decks, it's even better with the new pony and rap cards

@ your the exact player I like going up against. Idk what to tell you other than you win with 3 points. Not one not two. Good luck killing a venosaur that heals 30-80-or up to 120 hp consistently up to 3/4 times. While dealing 100 damage at a time. Had a silly Blaine deck get destroyed after he hit with 2 Blaine infused attacks lol.

@@Tizzer123boya tbh I run mine with 1 ex and 1 base venosaur. The base one gets treated like a 160 hp tank to keep buying time for the ex one and plenty of potions+ Erika. It’s all about setting up the ultimate wall that will 2 shot everything in its path. That’s why I’m okay with a caterpie the trade off is setting up by turn 7. No hate received ! Criticism is welcomed, but if I feel strongly about something i put in effort to understanding and also see results in action I will defend my thought process is all.
