⁴ᴷ FLASH FLOODING Thunderstorm Walk in NYC - One of the worst I've experienced

At first it was very calm, but then the rain came down extremely quickly and without warning. There was flash flooding on every block.
Filmed during the morning of August 11, 2018 on 30th Avenue in Astoria, Queens, NYC from Steinway Street to Crescent Street.

I've been in enough storms to know @ 0:03 that 8:29 is going to happen at some point. SOMEDAY, I'm going to walk COMPLETELY NAKED through some part of NYC during a daytime storm where the rainfall level is @ anywhere between 2:45 - 4:00 (or harder).
