The story that had good intentions but I feel hurt The Flash as a unique concept. Flash was the poster boy of Legacy Superheroes as Wally gracefully took on the role his Mentor had. But now with Barry back it just makes Wally's and many other speedsters such as Bart Allen's role in the Flash mythos mute.

I like this version of the "welcome to the complete story series..." line at the beginning of the video. It's short and simple like it should be. To escape the speed force a speedster needs a "lightning rod" right? What's is "lightning rod" all speedster talking about?

You know how here lightning rods are used to direct lightning to them from the clouds? Well to speedsters, whenever one of them gets lost to the speed force, there is a way to get called back home. This is usually by someone they are emotionally close to. Just like a lightning rod, these certain individuals can call back speedsters from the speed force and direct them back home. For example, Wally had his wife Linda Park. Everytime Wally would get lost in the speed force, Linda would help bring him back home. You can also see it in the CW show with Barry and Iris when Barry is trying to escape the speed force.
