god damn this is some cool shit, ive got a 92 vr4 i picked up back in november of 2022 and ive been using ecuflash and a tactrix 2.0 cable to tune it. I love coming across these "old school" videos about stuff like this.

I just picked up a 92' Stealth (TT AWD w/ EGR and CAT delete)... The guy I got the car from, put in a Chromed ECU, but didn't get the tune right... It runs stupid rich... I'm ordering the TATRIX cable to see if I can fix his screw up. I may have questions for you when it comes in.

Hi Monochrome,Thank you for creating this for us! I just purchased a Chrome ECU and installed it in my car. I am ready to do my first flash now, but I am confused by something. When changing the injector voltage latency, do you change both columns of numbers i.e. the voltage itself and the latency associated with it? I see that both are different from the stock 3KGT ones, but it is not clear to me from your video. Thank you beforehand!

I have a 99 Vr-4, and I'm about to buy one of these tactrix openports 2.0s. . Do i even need to get that super expensive boomslang ECU harness to flash tune?
