I think godspeed will be the main villain in season 7 and barry will try and get his speed back in season 7 and Mirror Iris, Kamilla and Chief will get out in the finale of season 6

He's not even as fast as Wally West.. So yeah, he isn't the strongest "dc character". He's not even the fastest speedster,let alone being the strongest character. If you meant strongest "dc character" in the show.. Then that might be true. But if you consider the Arrowverse as a whole, then he gets beaten hard, by the likes of the Monitor, and Oliver Queen when he became the spectre.

Because the speedforce died from The spectres energy because Barry in crisis asked for a speed boost from the spectre/Oliver and that killed the speedforce and so Barry only has a residual amount of speed and once he runs out completely his speed is gone forever.
