Maybe not everyone, but I sure do. The only negative thing I see is that the writers need to delve more into his backstory. Show August going from this upbeat cop who idolized his brother to having a more cynical viewpoint as he watches the system fail to bring his brother's murderer to justice.

In my opinion, if there can be like 5 Robins, 2 Aqualads, 2 Speedys and multiples of any other sidekicks, along with other characters like Steel and Supergirl, then there can be 2 Kid Flashes. Pre-Flashpoint Wally West was Kid Flash when he was a kid, but now he's a new different Flash. New 52 Wally West can be Kid Flash and fight alongside his cousin and mentor and possibly any other speedsters that make a return like Bart Allen, Max Mercury, or Jay Garrick. The Flash is about gods among men fighting for their families and New 52 Wally West deserves his chance in the spotlight. We Flash fans just should not want the Flash family to stagnate over nostalgia. I want the Flash to be like every other major member of the Justice League and create a legacy that isn't the same three characters (Jay, Barry, OG Wally) repeating indefinitely. Hell, give us Avery as a permanent addition to the Flash family - that black-with-pink-accents haired girl with a continued connection to the Speed Force can be another addition to the family and she would fit perfectly. Hell, give us an *alien* speedster in the family. Why are humans the only ones with access to the speed force which is apparently a fundamental force in the universe? The Flash is a book steeped in history all throughout, but we can't juat relive the past. The future needs to be created.

+ComicsExplained well in flashpoint paradox dc animated movie, barry supposedly remembers everything that happened to him. He gave the letter from bruce wayne's dad to bruce. and was talking to him about how he remember s every birthday and every event that he had with his mother in the alternate time line and how he thought it might be some kind of temporal after effect. But Batman just replies "Or maybe it's just a gift"

Barry Allen remembers Flashpoint, he just won't talk about it because that information could have a lot of negative impacts. He gave Batman the letter from Flashpoint's Batman, Thomas Wayne, but that's about it. And yes, I loved this whole story arc. It's actually my first personal experience with comic books. I've seen movies, cartoons, and tv shows about them, I've read about them all over the internet, but I didn't actually start reading comic books until Rebirth started. Now I'm reading Flash, Red Hood and the Outlaws (also good), and Doctor Strange (great).

The Flash to me is one of the best characters DC has made, through comics, and the CW TV show! Besides Batman, he's got an excellent ensemble of allies and villains, especially Zoom, Wally West (Pre-52 and New 52), and Godspeed. Despite all the things that has happened to him and by him, The Flash still retains his moral code of right and wrong, without going dark or edgy, and he learns from his mistakes. He is the heart and soul of the DC Universe! Also, it's cool to see him visually with the Speed Force lightning surrounding him!

He didn't mean to kill them, he wanted to be stronger. As Anakin did in Star Wars, he did bad be better and do good (at least at the beginning). A classic "The end justifies the means" example.

To make this quick, theoretically Barry has all memories of flashpoint, however what you saw of every character in the new 52 happened before flashpoint via the timeline; trying to make it sound not convoluted, everything within the new 52 happens between the heroes origin and convergence. Flashpoint honestly happens probably pretty close to convergence and once that happened the timeline branched off into what we now have as rebirth. Barry, along with Bruce Wayne, Booster Gold, and Spectre all have knowledge of the Pre 52 continuity(maybe a few others)

9:26 The Rebirth Issue of Flash as well as the Rebirth main comic had Barry address Flashpoint. He also felt guilty that he was a part of it, but Wally basically just said "hey, man don't worry it wasn't you, it was this naked blue guy."

I've said it before, but I'll say it again....I love how even through all the universe crashes and changes, DC's characters grow and pass on mantles and evolve. Organically. I have no problem with the New 52 Wally West since the original is back. I grew up with Barry Allen as a kid, but Wally was the Flash of my young adulthood. Always have a soft-spot for him. And he earned his place as the Flash. Godspeed is pretty cool. A good middle-of-the-road speedster....Not true blue, but not evil as hell like Zoom. I can see good stories continuing with him. Can't wait.

I don't care that new 52 Wally West is Kid Flash I just don't like the fact that the color scheme of his suit comebined with his skin color makes him look like a Mexican pizza not saying that he is a Mexican but that's what he reminds me of every time I look at him now. I would love to see a story where the villain actually succeeds. In all reality, a truly intelligent speedster would do as Godspeed did but would do away with the monologuing and would end those who he intended to end. If Godspeed had did that here, he would have killed Barry long before Wally arrived. For example, Ozymandius in Watchmen knew what was up.

Thank you Rob. This story gave me things from Rebirth I didn't even know I wanted. Godspeed being number one. August/Godspeed is Barry Allen/Flash with his moral compass slightly skewed. Who could have guessed that the thing I'm excited about most going forward would be a new villain, Godspeed!!! (SUCH a badass name btw) . That being said, he could be integral to the upcoming events and stories. Oh, and I'm more than happy to have post New 52 Wally West partner with flash while Pre is hanging with the Titans. Who knows, something in the upcoming story may happen to Post Wally...

Rob I really want more flash stories, I have been loving the attention he has been getting recently and I really hope it keeps up. He is like the most important person in DC and at the same time the most insignificant person of them all. He is overlooked but the glue of everything. IMO Godspeed has the potential to be a great character he just needs more depth. The reason why people love Zoom is because he was given so much depth. There were flashbacks that illustrated how he came to be and he had a defining moment that really changed him. It also helps he was created by the legend himself, Geoff Johns. Look at what he did with Sinestro. Put a character like Godspeed in Geoff's hands and he could do wonders. Williamson is a great writer, but this story seems more plot-driven. With Johns his stories seem more character-driven.
