Simply adorable Ml and Fl with great chemistry. An attractive young couple marrying due to parental arrangement. The Fl was constantly attacked by those jealous of her and saw her as beneath them in class. I loved how the Ml loved and protected the Fl. Chi Jing withholding the fact that he and Yangcheng were married to each other made no sense to me and actually hurt more than help their relationship. The producer showed at the end how some sons suffer the sins of their fathers as with Chi Jing in his father's sin putting a wedge between him and Yangcheng. I admired that Chi Jing investigated to prove Yangcheng's father's innocence even if it incriminated his own father. I loved that despite all the trouble and misunderstandings, Chi JIng and Yangcheng planned to remarry. Interesting and fun to watch.

I'm happy I found the scene that would make me stay and watch this early enough in the play after skipping through. Now I can back track to the start. I like the progress of the story and some of the plots. The FL character was written and executed poorly with her supposed high morals disappearing to fit the plot and easy to work in the scenes they want. She not a well thought out character and she has no value to the writer other than being a prop. Her thoughts actions don't match who they are trying to protray her as so it's just all discombobulated.

三百万的鞋子怎么可能随便让人试。穷人不知富人生活，编都编的不像只会把穷人生活里价格加多几个零。第一,贵重物品不会在柜台上，一般只给信用好的VIP会员,且很可能多人服务,第二试衣间应该是豪华私密,第三,在顶级奢侈品店打工提成应足够交学费了。动不动就加三四个零却不知富人生活方式.就好像说皇帝用金锄头种地

I am very confused. If I am understanding correctly, he had someone pretend to be him to get the divorce, because he didn't want to admit that he had lied about his identity. He wants to build a new relationship with her, but as who? Is he going to continue to lie about who he is or what? The writers dropped the ball on this one, it would have made a lot more sense for the conflict between them being based on the one lie, not multiple ones. The character seems to intelligence and experienced to not realize just how big a hole he is digging by continuing to lie, but maybe that is just me.

What really annoys me in this drama is that, she keeps on entangle with her husband whom she didn't know. She didn't even bother to think herself as a mistress as the guy is married, although she's the wife but in her knowledge he is the wife of somebody but she keeps an attachment with him. In other drama if she was not the FL she will be the green tea for sure.

Altho the script has a lot of plot holes, what’s new anyways, right? But I like that the truth about ML’s identity wasn’t dragged on for too long and it didn’t go round and round and round and round 🤩
