The permit scheme runs out at the end of this month on this beach Tony so it probably will be mate, unless they renew it, best wishes for the new year mate

It's a local one, it all started earlier this year, with a full on ban, but there was that much uproar they put a permit based system in but it was only a trial that ends at the end of this month, maybe they will drop it but who knows with councils
