When Ye said "I'm from the murder capital, where they murder for capital". He was referencing the verse from Jay-z song Lucifer on the black album. Which Kanye actually gave Jay that line. Kanye freestyled over that beat for Jay and said that. So Jay-z put that as the hook for the song. And obviously Kanye was talking about Chicago as well in the song. Lucifer was also a Jay-z and Kanye production so just puts even more into that line. It's ironic that Jay says the line in the Lucifer and now Kanye says the line it's like passing the torch almost.
