Thank you! Y'all assisted me in a lot of additional things I missed. One of my favorite things about Jay is he uses double, triple, and sometimes quadruple entendres in his lyrics. I will add on Bam the hair style reference started with the " " I PRESS the head of your team with one finger curl" - the pressing of hair. Also in Moonlight, he began the song actually rapping in the style and flow of the rappers he was criticizing, and mocking; he then switched to his own style. And I heard another site or article reference the line on Bam as a Kanye diss, where J said "y"all skip leg days just to run your mouth". They linked it to the Kanye song "30 hours" on Life of Pablo, where Ye says "I hit the gym all chest, and no legs." I agree best album of the Year. ...there were also a few Drake references in their, Artwork investments, and threatening he can stop J.

My nigga HOV really sampled Fu Gee La (Oh La La La) while talking about the Lauryn Hill, coupled with the Moonlight/La La Land reference, he literally might be the coldest alive

Jeff D So much going on in these lines...they missed a lot
@marxsoundaudioservices61607 жыл бұрын
Actually...NO "Hov" didn't sample anything, that would be the Legendary Hip Hop Producer No I.D. who made the beat-but YES I agree, that track's production is on point and goes perfectly with the Moonlight\LaLa Land references you mentioned!

I watched like 10 reviews on this album. This is the best reaction. They caught most of the gems when other people just sat their bobbing their head.
