I think you should consult an attorney about making merch out of contest artwork. I just would hate for someone to try to sue you saying the expect a percentage of profits of sales of merch with their artwork. Sorry but my brain always go to what could go wrong...

That's what I was thinking and that why I think she should set up a website were we can make our own shirt or whatever and pick from her choosing of designs so that way no one can get crazy with it and that way we can make our own stuff with our own creative ideas on it that way everyone gets a part of being a designer in the situation and its not a competition that way either I would hate for someone else to make her uncomfortable with doing fun stuff like this because it really is fun

The artist would have to sign a release letter and sign the ownership/copyright over to her, any artist, photog, songwriter what have you, owns what they create and if it's used without their permission or I would get something in writing for sure just so they don't come back on you for any reason..cause people can be douchey about it..not me if course, but other people..lol. 😂😂😂

I'm in my early 30's & Im SO glad I grew up in a time when people actually talked to each other. Before social media took over minds...lol. I love social media but it has definitely isolated people & although we all think we have so many "friends" & get so many "likes" no one really interacts with each other anymore in a "real" & genuine way. I know this doesn't apply to 100℅ of people so please don't come for me because of this comment! ❤️😂

Yes to vlogging at Disney (the longer the better) and yes to going through your art journal. I used to keep a journal of restaurants I visited and put down notes about what I did and didn't like. It's fun to look back in the past; it's like a little time capsule. For the art contest, I'd say go for it; it doesn't matter what any of us think, if you think it's a good idea than that's all that matters. When people see your passion for something than it's more likely to draw them in.

Btw. about having bad memory. It's actually supposed to be a good thing, because you shouldn't be carrying things around with you. The things you remember best is often the once you still have a lot of unresolved feelings attached to. But I think you can get a lot of memories back by going under hypnosis or deep state of meditation. I have had some success with selfhypnosis.

flymus yup ur right it's pretty good but it's bad when u wake up with no memory so don't don't know who ur family is

Your memories are neural pathways. Imagine making a path through tall grass, you need to re-travel that path often in order to maintain a path you can easily follow. You never lose a memory, you have just lost the path to it from disuse. That's oversimplifying it, but it's an easy analogy. Vivid memories tend to have very strong emotions tied to it that prompt us to (consciously and/or subconsciously) revisit those memories.

My old Nokia phone had a removable piece over just the keyboard you could swap out. I had a red, confetti, and blue faceplate for it. I still have it and the charger for it but it would be no use to you as it has the NZ/AU plug and needs 230volts. Sometimes the easiest way to charge those old phones is to pull the battery out and put it in an external charger. The battery in my old Nokia phone is identical to the BL-5C battery used in the little wireless keyboard unit I use with my PS3 and Raspberry Pi3 computer. It is charged from a USB cable.
