In Guides for the DC universe, they're both purported to have IQs in the 260-280 range, they're both unnaturally strong and agile, they're both immune to the majority of chemical weapons, and both can resist spells and curses. The only real difference between them, other than who's superior in what area, is that the Joker's a coward in open combat and standoffs, while Batman couldn't give less of a fuck if he sold everyone else's before showing up, just to make sure there were none in the room.

@@Tadicuslegion78 Joker has always looked like he was in his 40s at the very minimum. He looks older than Batman (who is in most adaptations around 30-35), but still somewhat younger than Alfred. The way I saw him, he always looked around his mid 40s or early 50s. Even the edgiest and youngest looking Joker we got in live action was played by a man in his 40s

Depends on the iteration. At least one version of Ivy sees her as mother nature and her sentience extends beyond her physical body so much so that she could just use the plants to grow a new one if need be. Other versions she's just a botanist with green skin and really cool plants.
