I have not tested the cr-10, they are very different printers, the 5M being corexy is more advanced in that aspect and also its weak point was the software/firmware but now it is solved exceptionally thanks to the community, yes, the manufacturer did nothing and now should be ashamed

This looks like a very good printer. Would you honestly recommend this for a noob? What in your opinion are the pro's and con's of the printer. So far all the reviews I've watched are very positive.

The print quality is excellent, good hardware, the firmware is klipper but locked, the hotend is too expensive, but I think the nozzle can be unscrewed, the screen responds slow during printing, good technical service, two firmware updates in less than a month, I reported a problem, printing at 260°C the printing stopped, and in less than a week they updated the firmware

They are very different printers, I have not tested the cr10se, the flashforge is mechanically superior as it is corexy, with the upgrade to pure klipper thanks to the community it is probably also superior in firmware and software to the cr10se

I could really use some help I got one of these for my birthday and I was trying to change the filament and I cut the top of the extruder I don’t have any money nor do I have a credit card I’m in a wheelchair and the machine is how I make my money I’m really in between a rock and a hard place can somebody please help me

Do I need to use the glue stick for PLA, I'm thinking if I set the bed temperature to 60 to 80 degrees I won't need it, I'd prefer not to have to use a glue stick

I always use strong hold hairspray and 60°C regardless of the build plate or filament

Not particularly, but considerably quieter than others in its class, as it does not have an auxiliary fan, the noise of the movement of motors, belts and guides is acceptable and feels smooth

I am sick 😢I got a adventurer 5M for my birthday and I was changing the filament and I cut the sensor off the top of the machine I couldn’t see the top because I’m in a wheelchair and I don’t have any money to get another one I got the machine so I would be able to make money from home is there anyone that would be willing to help me out and I would pay you back when I get enough money to repay you

Hey, how do you deal with moisture absorption in the material? Do you leave them in the oven a few hours before pullstrusion ? Mine make bubbles idk if that’s because of the humidity evaporating, but my filament becomes easily white, not transparent.

Not for the base 5m, but the 5m pro can. Also they runnin a deal for the base and Flashforge just went open source

Bro you can make an enclosed for this printer the flashforge gives stl files to make your own enclosed printer and i can print abs even without the enclosure​@@benrojas5444

My 5M won’t even print anything. I only got a few prints off before it just sat over the bed and did nothing. ALL IN A FEW HOURS. TRASH.
