This version of Batman started Batmaning when he was significantly older, like at the age of 40, so he didn't have the time or body to train in martial arts like Bruce did, who started training at the age of 10. That's why he uses guns because he physically can't keep up with the motion of the fight, but I still want to see how he became Batman. Like the whole reason why Bruce chose a Bat themed costume is because he himself is afraid of bats and wants his victims to share that same fear, but how did Thomas get to that conclusion????

This incarnation of Batman is definitely in my top five. What no one realized about this universe aside from the fact that it was a result of Barry Allen changing the timeline, it was the fact that Bruce's parents took on their new personas for their own reasons. Thomas Wayne as a father wanted his son to grow up and be strong so that he could tackle the worst that the world threw at him and to conquer his fears and see him grow. Seeing his son get gunned down sent him into a rage that no one should experience he took the mantle of the Batman because I'm doing so, keeping his son's fear alive was keeping his son alive. Martha Wayne saw her son as a sweet and innocent child. Always smiling and always laughing. But holding her son's bloody corpse in her arms caused her to break and mentally and emotionally. Sending her down the path that turned her into the Joker. But the reason why she kept smiling wasn't only because she was a psychopath, it was to keep the memories she held of her son's laughter and smile alive.

I’d honestly love a series focusing on this Batman. Perhaps explore if apart being fueled, we see if Thomas has still some humanity in him and if he’d be willing to be a true hero for Gotham. A Batman who isn’t afraid to kill but isn’t a complete maniac is extremely fascinating.
