There's no strategy where there are emotions involved. They compromised their mission by allowing an emotional teen to get involved. And the black guy was right, when the team n the mission have been compromised, then that's the new play....compromise. May pulled a gun, and at that moment, she was a threat , she was danger, she shot 2 times and the third time, her father would be dead. If May didn't pull the gun, she would still be alive, its het own fault, she deserved to die because pulling a gun

This episode always made me angry. May should not have been shot. When the dad was strangling the mom that should have been the scorpio. Still following their guidelines and code. Im glad the officer at the end said no not again. The real threat was not dealt with. The law failed May and her mom.

@@boringperson-zb8vy It was a really tough call, but they had to do their jobs. In the third last episode; the mental anguish of the outcome of this episode really really comes out. Foreshadowing Ed's talk with Dan in the episode "Haunting The Barn" about PTSD and ghosts. Things aren't black and white. 18 year old girls sometimes need to be killed as a part of one's duty. It's tragic and heart-breaking but it's life.
