Best blow dry I’ve given myself. I’ve had a flat brush and never use it follows your tutorial and will never go back to a round brush especially for this look while I’m growing out my hair. Thank you!!! 🙌🏼🤜🏼🤛🏻

I absolutely love you and have been watching your tutorials for while. I am 32 and always had pretty long hair and I finally went in after watching you ( with tons of screen shots, and u explaining your cut) I am still getting used to it as you know your hair means so much. I am so grateful for your tutorials because I feel like I can do so much now with shorter hair. I have been looking up aveda products and now that I know you will get a commission I will only go threw your links. Your so beautiful inside and out and I am so so grateful for your tutorials.

Great tutorial on how to get volume with paddle brush - works better than round brush! And my hair does not look frizzled at the ends, nice and smooth. I have stick sraight hair, but the ends can take on a life of their own, and the paddle brush method makes it look smooth, but voluminous - I ordered the Aveda brush to see if it works even better, but will use a paddle brush from now on!

I loved your tutorial. Very helpful; thank you. I'm curious why you didn't use the concentrator on your hair dryer. I had your same hair dryer, & used it w/o it, & a coil got hot & burned my hair off. Not a lot, but enough for me NEVER to not use the concentrator again. I now have a Drybar Butter hairdryer, but still use the concentrator. I'm scared not to. 😳

Just found your video. Thank you for sharing about your hairline and not having a lot of hair. I have a hairline similar to yours and have been avoiding "bangs" because of it. I have the exact same problem. I recently watched a video which showed that, using a brush, you should blow dry first to one side, and then to the other, as many times as needed. You can also focus on the cowlick, blowing it in the opposite direction. This has helped me more than anything else.

Thank you so much for doing this video! I love how fast is it to blow dry with a flat brush. My issue is, how to keep the dry sections tucked away from the wet ones, without losing volume?? When I do a wavy look, i roll up dry sections & pin it down neatly with a duck bill clip.. but this technique wouldn’t work for a straight look!

I just found your videos July 2020. I have naturally thick black hair. My hair is cut in a short bob with bangs. Do I really need to use any products in my hair? I’ve never really used any products other than mousse (which I don’t like) in my hair. My hair is straight and flat but I do have some cow licks in certain areas. There are so many products on the market and I wouldn’t know what to buy. Can a person get away with using no products? I’ve loved watching your videos! Thank you for any product advice❤️

First timer here. Where have you been all my life??? 35 yrs drying in exactly the wrong direction, followed by an unsuccessful attempt to add lift with an iron and hairspray. You have fixed what is kind of a big deal in my life. I do have a question though. Would you ever consider doing a "poor man's product" challenge? All those products are clearly important, but I (and probably many others) have a pretty small hair budget. Would you be willing to try fewer products, in best-on-a-budget versions, and give your feedback? Like maybe coconut oil and/or Batiste dry shampoo and/or whatever ?? Would be wonderful to see what gets you closest to the performance of the pricier options. Whaddaya say? :) :) Thank you so much!!! Now on to your other videos... :):)
