Even I am a lodha customer, I have faced the same problem I understand how it feels, I request all to drop a review on Google if their ratings go down, atleast the new buyers will think before investing and they will not get impressed by their sales time, before visiting they will be aware of all the facts. Choose second sale or ready to move flat. Negotiate hard. Have several options ready. There can be third wave and even 4 th wave. Property prices will get consolidated. Don't jump to buy house. Please research.

A bundle in pocket is better than a two on paper. The economy has gone down long term better not to commit huge financially. God knows how many ppl will get sucked in 400 acre and 1000 acre projects. Btw the covid19 is a bottom of the list bio-weapon and situation in India pacifice is unpredictable.

99% of the builders don't receive emails from customer,but once they send any demand , whether it reaches customer or not ,you have to pay with penalty. There is no such swift platform for customers to fight legally with builders.once you get into legal ,life goes in that . Better to go for old property rather than getting cheated by such builders.

I wonder how do people get also carried away by their sales team. I too visited Lodha for a plot on Nashik highway and they were telling me in may 2021 I ll get plot allotment but I needed to pay 10 lacs initially for registration. I informed them that I am not a fool to pay anything just by showing me a power point presentation and a model prepared by them. I straight away insulted them and left Lodha immediately.

They should have paid initial amount through loan. If they had stacked up money more than 20L they could have invested it somewhere and earned interest money. All Banks have stopped disbursement to all home loans in Lodha project themselves because they are not constructing buildings during Covid period, but demanding money as per payment schedule. Banks asks for construction status before paying to builder, in this case, no matter how Lodha cry, banks are not paying.

As a flat buyer once your tail is in the hand of the Builder you can never escape anymore unless you forfeit a large amount of your money paid so far.!!! That's why ready possession is the best never mind even if you have to pay something more which you can always bargain successfully.! 🤔

yes.. all true , we are also trapped in huge loan buying a flat in lodha upper thane , possession was supposed to be in Mar 2020 but still its pending and regarding home loan we have to pay only interest part till possession and post that our loan will deduct for principal and interests. I have to pay rent pluse interest for grace period (Mar 2020 to Possession date), so I asked for compensation for this period but they refused and we are helpless now, forcefully we have to bear interest and wait for possession date.

Lodha upper thane possession has been delayed by 2 years and Lodha sales team is giving unrealistic and false commitments while booking. Once you booked flat, they forgot everything and shamelessly saying that LODHA can delay possession by more 18 to 24 months after aggreement possession date, whereas they demand almost 97% money in 1 year's only. Govt or RERA should have some hold on this. People's are paying high EMI'S and room rent after paying all money to LODHA. Do not book any flat in any lodha property. #boycottlodha

Sir I strongly suggest that tell all the people booking houses that for goodness sake book flats once you have the funds ready. I can certainly understand the plight of this lady with the financial strain she will come under but this has become a very unfortunate incident . The reason your email is not going thru to them now is because they have blocked your email on the Lodha server...so it will never go thru hence they are able to say we never received your email. Try using multiple email address with delivery notification . Sales guys are temporary employees of lodha If you go to find them a year later you might know they are no longer employed with lodha ... these are all gimmicks of sales of business they follow .

People investing in Property are fool's or they've Money earned not thru legal way's. Have they even calculated the amount they're investing for EACH Room ( Probably 100 SQ.Ft ), not to forget that 3 part of the wall is shared by your neighbour. Have they even realized the Profit made by the builder. Remember Builder ends up only as a service provider giving you a dream house, same why you can't dream and make a house for yourself. Prices of property have already reached the sky so don't expect any appreciation or a miracle.

Instead of looking on what is problem you have to look upto it that due to lockdown the developers were unavailable to work on the project. Covid-19 has been the biggest problem for the project, As I have also purchased the flat in upper thane they are giving us possesion now by the end of this month.

Some how I had a same experience. I post on twitter @lodhaamara and 1 more so called senior manager is coordinating with me now. They charged me heavy delay charges but after fighting they are ready waive about 30% with some conditione.I'll continue fighting for other 70% of interest, charged in FORCE MAJEURE situation.
