Same celebration trick was used at me to sell Country Club Membership in Kandivali. They tried really hard to brain wash me. But I didn't pay them anything and moved away. Feel intelligent and wise that I didnt fall into their trap.

I also went there with a friend to see sample flats on our own without any invitation and I saw all the taamjaam ringing bells in a full lighting and royal treatment in a royal decorated hall n all. They will make everyone clap(every 15 mins) if someone booked and celebrate infront of the onces they are still discussing in table to make them feel good n all which is also a trick to fool the onces who are still not decided. The place will make u to give the booking amt on the spot. Luckily I dont have carry any credit card n cash. And my friend was almost wanted to by it but I told him tere jeb mai paisa nahi hai abhi hum gareeb hai 😂 and we laughed n went out

Even those who appeared on stage as customers who had booked would have definitely been hired actors. Lodha as a business entity should be ashamed of themselves, fooling common people like this. No matter how rich they personally get, they will always be regarded as dubious builders.

Thank you so much for the person sharing the experience of builders sales office. It is invaluable. We cannot get these kind of valuable stuff by searching in google. That is why experience and sharing experience matters. When we listen to this, we might feel, how could one be so influenced by a bunch of salesman but it is not as simple as it sounds. It is a carefully crafted cobweb of landmines and traps and executed to perfection by trained folks. KRISHNARAJ ji, is this level of manipulation only at Lodha or common with other builders too ?

Anyone looking for break in acting industry should contact these construction companies . It’s not true I visited the project 4 times in last 2 years but not yet booked a flat. Why to blame them it’s up to you book or not. Possession is delayed due to lockdown/ pandemic but now people are getting possession . My brother has got same .

Tbh, this project is located at place where new Metro station is built on between Thane to Kalyan. Although this looks lucrative, but imagine rush inside metro after any station beyond Kalyan.
