I was incredibly insecure about my flat back head and then I started balding and it got even worse for me. I always had long hair when I was young so I could easily hide the fact that my head is really flat in the back. Over half a year ago, I couldn't bear it anymore, I started watching videos from baldcafe (go and watch his videos, if you're insecure about your receding hairline) and I just took a shaving machine in my hands and cut all of my hair off. I noticed something... Nobody gave a crap about my flat head, no comments from my friends, family or anybody. Literally nobody gave a shit. They all just liked that I went bald and digged the look. I realized that it was just all in my head. I can only speak for other guys, I don't think many girls and women are prematurely balding lol, so guys. You are who you are and if you're insecure about something that you can't change, chances are it's probably something nobody but you gives a flying crap about. :)

OMG. Yeeess. Ive been struggling with this for years!!. I thought it was normal until some girl pointed it out. Literally the whole table looked at me and they all agreed it looked weird. I was so embarrassed and when I got home I looked at my head closely and sure enough it did look weird. Since then I would be jealous of kids with nice haircuts and perfect head structures. That was literally when i found out about your channel.

I don’t know how that girl told you but that seems like a really rude thing to say, Especially when others are around. No need the feel sad or anything, no one is perfect. I have the same ”problem” but i might have Something someone else wish they had. Just try growing out your hair. You could try to get curly hair or just normal longer hair. Not only do they help, they look super good too.

So right now I dont play CoC or Clash Royale. Just Brawl. But sadly im starting to play less and less as i need to start looking for jobs. Oh also I have OCD too. But no from my head. I wash my hands alot and they turned red, so my doctor said i had OCD. And maybe a slight case of germaphobia

Sadly not many stylists and barbers know how to address this issue. The only barbers that I have come across with this skillset have all been in Oceanside, California near Camp Pendleton Marine Corps base.

Well a great demonstration again of an important and very personal issue to me.. Not only I have a flat back but I feel a popping spherical bone in it.. Haha.. Which drove me to keep my hair covering it.. No body understood the gradual undercut.. Perhaps if I was living with in your vicinity I wouldn't have my grown my hair that long..

This is cool... I actually have a flat head and always have a fade. Thank God I’m not really conscious about it but I wanna let my hair grow out so that I can start getting a scissor cut on top and side and get buzzed at the very bottom for low taper. Is it possible to create some volume or illusion in the back off my head to give it rounder or fuller shape maybe fill in the flat part. I was thinking of letting my hair grow and do a scissor cut with on top and almost a faux hawk in the back to fill it in and taper at the bottom and sides. What would you advise me????

For those who have flat back head genetically or bcz your sleep position when you were a baby, you can do this haircut tips but it wont be permanent, it will be flat again once your hair grow, i guess theres no other way, i have this issue as well.

Can’t a pixie be done if it’s worn a little spiked out? I’m growing off a bad dye job and a pixie I’d love to keep. I cut hair and the only recommendations i think are possible is using products and/or leaving the cowlicks/ swirls longer aka changing whatever you're hairstyle is to something longer to accommodate the cowlicks. If you're usually getting something low with clippers then you could start with trying products but changing your hairstyle is the only thing that I think is going to help

I have different hair than yours, above the shoulders and curly, but up till now I’ve used clips or hair bands to style my hair to hide the back of my head. I’ll use clips to get hair out of my face and position them so the hair that comes out of the clip will fall to the back of my head and bulk out the back. I’ll also do a half up bun or pony tail that, when placed well on my head, makes the illusion of a longer skull. However, I’m bored with the couple styles I do, so I’m researching now to find more options for myself!

Thomas I also have that hairstyle, and I avoid that by making my centre parting as messy as possible, especially towards the front of my head. The more uneven the parting, the less noticeable it will be. I also find that the more volume my hair has, the less visible my part will be. Hope this helps.

@Jew i cant grow long hair it would be kinda strange here because of my job and culture in my country. Yea it's from childhood and there is a helmet but i guess my parents thought i would grow up just fine! My left ear is so more out because of my head. When i think about it i feel depressed tbh. I am trying to wear hats more often now sadly because i feel more confident this way most of the times. Maskim I do just I just don’t post myself. So what I did was I let the top grow out as well as the sides. However, I cut the back of hair sort of to where my earlobe is. Overtime it’ll take its shape. Ask a barber or stylist you’re growing out your hair but don’t want that mullet look
