Thank you for sharing how you straighten your hair. I just heard what you said at the very end about your throat. It may just be nothing, but I would highly consider getting a full panel of Thyroid testing done, plus an ultrasound on thyroid . Full thyroid function blood test panel- TSH, Free T3, Reverse T3, Free T4, Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies, Thyroglobulin Antibodies. Asking and getting these 6 specific tests is important, so they can accurately get an assessment of thyroid function. For years, my Dr. only did the TSH test and told me I was fine and it wasn't the case. Most doctors usually run the TSH and call it a day. Keep up the good work and best of luck!

I noticed everyone Is just focused on the length...Not the initial steps taken to get the hair to that stage or checking their own hair types. Wishful thinking does not grow hair. Taking advice about different hair from your own won't completely work .Get YOUR hair to thrive quality and moisture is key. Hot oil treatment for really dry /brittle hair for example especially if water beads or sits on the hair when wet.I also think its obvious natural looks far better than relaxed hair. Natural still has body and shine relaxed can be flat and lacks lustre. I love my hair....However those who have time to hate have less time for their own hair. People told me in the past, that's not your hair or you didn't bake these. There are haters for everything.
