Kentucky is a hidden paradise in many way lived here all my life and am well traveled it one of the prettiest states of all 50. There are poverty but there is a lot of wealth in KY as well. All area are a mixing pot of both.

Where KY WV OH met has the most drug consumption of anywhere in the americas. Its a bad area. Inbreeding and birth defects due to drinking and using while pregnant even the people are not fully humans they are sadly born into this world in a horrible state. I lived in Eastern KY for almost 4 years and met some of the most genuine people I’ve ever met in my life compared to a large suburb of STL where I grew up. Just because the infrastructure isn’t multimillion dollar mansions doesn’t mean they’re all moonshiners strung out on meth. I can assure you a majority of these folks would give a stranger the shirt off their back if they felt it was right

You show places of poverty but skip over nice houses with well kept-up yards showing pride of ownership. Being poor does not mean living like a slob. Kentucky topography is very beautiful and even a well-maintained mobile home can be a pleasant place to live. If poor people want to live in Lower Slobovia that is their choice, their preferences for living amongst garbage and litter...obvious to any passerby.
