Hey Barry, I live down the street from Taco Choza, I can't believe I didn't think of suggesting it! La Rosita Sol is literally a 5 minute walk from me and I noticed you did a review on that as well. La Cocina de Mama is good but the one on Hurstbourne is hit or miss but I hear the one in Shelbyville is always a hit. My friend/co-worker from Puerto Rico says I need to go to Restaurante El Jibarito in Lagrange and it reminds him of home but I won't go without him and he has grand kids during his day's off so I am still waiting to go. Also, Taco N Madres on Goose Creek behind the Strickland Brother Oil change place started as a food truck from what I gather and evolved to a restaurant. That is worth doing a review but I think he is open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday? The Flat line reminds me of some kind of hot sauce I asked for to one up my son at fiesta time, It was hot but honestly the taste was nasty so I get where you are coming from! to me ghost pepper is nasty!!! I can stand the heat but the aftertaste is so disgusting! I did have a laugh at your expense however, I have been down the same road when someone told me they bet me $20 I couldn't eat the sauce they put in front of me and I did. Hey! $20 is $20

Taco Choza has become my favorite burrito joint in town. I haven’t even tried their tacos, but the burritos and bowls are some of the best, if not the best in town. The amount of food vs the quality and price can’t be beat. Instead of going to Chipotle or Qdoba, come here and you’ll get more food and much better quality and taste.

Those extreme sauces have their uses. It's not eating on chips for sure. But I love to use them for adding heat to dishes without changing the flavor. Few drops of that sauce in a pot of Chile. Raises the heat level but a few drops doesn't change the flavor of the Chile.

That's a pepper extract it is really meant to be added in very small amounts to dishes or to Amp up other hot sauces it is not meant ro be eaten the way you did it. Thats why the taste aucks it is meant strictly for heat like if i make chili say 3 gallons i would add 2 tsp to whole batch

I could have told you that was going to be too much. I, like you, love hot sauce on my food, BUT I've been defeated twice. Once at a hot sauce store and the girl gave me a tortilla chip and put just about a pin head drop on it and I said, "that's it" and she goes, "trust me, that's more than enough". I ate it and almost passed out😊. As my grandfather used to say, I was " too big for my britches". When I saw how much you put on that chip, I knew you were in trouble😅. 2nd time for me, I ordered food from an Indian restaurant and chose the 5, flames (they had 1-5 flames with 1 being the lowest heat to 5 being the hottest). I said, "give me the 5", hostess said, "are you SURE, have you ever had it before"? Got the 5 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 flames, took one bite, and again almost passed out. I couldn't eat it and had to toss it. Well, these days I just stick with Tobasco, Louisiana, Crystal, Mike's Red Hot, Texas Pete and EVERY now and then I'll try something new just for kicks. I learned that there's hot and then there's HOT sauce. 😂 Love your channel.

Just putting it out there Barry...assuming you're back from Florida. The eclipse times for Louisville are; April 8th, 1:49:06 p.m., 2 hr., 33m, 52s duration with the maximum at 3:07:10 p.m with the partial ending at 4:22:58 p.m. Heard on the radio Louisville one of the cities eclipse hunters are flying to for the event. Maybe a special Louisville eclipse event? If you do it outdoors we might miss the double snapping turtles. Just a thought/suggestion. I'd tune in just to see the eclipse taking shape.

Landshark bar and grill. My wife and I really enjoy their fried fish and chips. But now if you want the best BBQ go to Pump House BBQ in Ormond beach. We've tried a lot of BBQ but that place has the best tasting brisket I ever had but you might think different but we really like it. Have a safe trip and look forward to seeing your upcoming videos
