so looking at the video the track is at the outside edge of the casing but further in the video it shows it on the inside edge of the jamb, so where is the starting point???

how do hang the track if there's metal studs? don't think a lag bolt will work.

You add a wooden plank to the studs then hang the hardware to the plank

The jump squares does not seem to hit any part, I know it's there so the door doesn't jump off the track, just not sure how .

Janine Kuklinski it doesn't allow the door to raise high enough for the rollers to come off the track.

what if your studs don't line up with the holes in the track?

Craig Kitterman mine didn't line up so I had to redrill new holes outside the opening

Just put a 1x4 over your door and hang the rod on that lot easier anyway.
