I believed in being honest, you are very skillful in the techniques and creativity , but i must say that I think you should be trying to safe your clients hairline , which is very important, it makes me wonder if the client can actually put their head on the pillar or chew properly without being in constant pain. In my opinion, you should try to ease the tension when you are starting to plait. I also am aware that you do not respond to any person , who made a comment like this, and it is not to be critical but bring about awareness.
