Omg thank you a million times over. I have 3 children(all girls)ages 14,10,and 2. My oldest daughter has very thick hair and since she got in high school I realize alot of past hairstyles that I use to get away with or didn't know how to do I can't get away with anymore. So I would have to pay certain people for certain hairstyles (like box braids) which is expensive with her hair being so thick,coarse, and long. So this Friday I'm trying it out according to this video for her first homecoming dance. Wish me luck.

I do all my ponytails first, then crochet the hair through the ponytail. I feel like it makes it a faster process. Your braids are soooo pretty too!!! ❤

Thank you greatly for this video! Never have I did a full head of hair in extensions until I used your tutorial (first timer) . I was able to bless my daughter with braids for her birthday 🙌🏾. She loves them. It took me about 12 hours to complete though 🤣. It was a labor of love and they were Sm/Med in size. I know it will take less time when I next do this. God bless you 👍🏾

This method is great for twists too. You can rubberband the section of hair, then use a crochet needle to pull the hair through. I'll try this method though, no needle necessary.

I can't braid my own to save my life and I'm left handed lol. But, I will definitely give this a try. I taught myself how to braid a regular ponytail but haven't gotten the concept down to start it yet.
