FLATHEAD FISHING, SWIMBAITS, Port Macquarie.

Just a short vid of my first attempt at using large swim baits.
I was using the MMD Whiting Glide(MMD Fishing‪@MMDfishing‬ ) over shallow sand flats fishing for flathead. Beautiful morning but an 18kn southerly came in and blew me out of the water late morning. I definitely didn't bring the right rod for such a heavy lure, 51 grams, so next session I'll bring my heavier stick.

Don't give up! Found your channel by mistake. That lure is bonkers. I would never have thought such small duskies would go for that thing.
