Why does everyone in AUS target these fish? Are they really good eating? Or just a really good fighting fish? I assume they are a slatwater fish?

They are in good numbers in many parts of Australia and they are fantastic to eat and yes they are a salt water fish 👍

no great achievement there since flathead will chew on anything you present in front of them...
