One thing that wasn’t mentioned in the video that most people didn’t know about the 360. Some 360’s originally was released with a competition to BluRay called HD DvD Player and came with its own Xbox themed universal type remote

Fun Fact: After the first few years of the Original Xbox's release (before 360), that console became very popular due to the modding that was happening on the console. Its security was busted wide open not too long after its intital release, and a few years later it became one of the very first all-in-one consoles with players not only expanding game playability through emulators, but also developing programs such as XBMC and other media players to play videos, music and movies (the latter to avoid paying extra for the DVD dongle). Unfortunately, these things (minus emulators which came later also through modding) were available out-of-the-box with a PlayStation 2, which is the reason it sold so many units.

Fun fact: Did you know that the xbox dashboard has some pretty creepy sounds when the user is talking to long and leaving it on the home screen but those are from nasa Domain audio and the thing that i don’t know. :) But those sounds are from space!

My family already had a Wii; but X Box 360 was our 1st non-Nintendo console I bought. I have only a few gripes with X Box as a whole: 1- Since I mostly play retro games, it took me years to learn I prefer my D-Pads parallel to face buttons; and it's a pain how there's next-to-no 3rd party X Box controllers like it. 2- 3D platformers ala Super Mario 64 are why I'm a gamer in the 1st place. But the market is flooded past its nose in 1st-person games and shooters. Rumors of a Banjo Kazooie comeback is the last thread holding me to X Box. Besides Nintendo and indie devs, few are feeding us in the 2 decade 3D platformers famine.

As a user of Xbox series s I highly recommend you to buy one of these - has great performance runs GTA 5 with no issues, only problem for me is memory and I bought 1tb samsung T7 SSD drive to get more memory, buy one of these too

Cloud gaming might be the future, but you’re still gonna need like some sort of dedicated device. I personally think the future is, you are still going to be buying like some sort of home device either a console or a PC where your games are going to be, but then you can play them on your other smaller devices like tablet phone, laptop remotely and I think that future is closer than you think

Halo 2 on the OG Xbox was Solely responsible for shaping my early Xbox live friends list and for many years into the 360. It was basically Xbox live before Xbox live became polished. I'll always own Xbox because of nostalgia if anything else
