In my humble opinion it's more one Lazy port for PSP. This could have be better if they Had tried at least to add the new content, like from FOUC, as new cars, characters, menu and etc. But they didnt. and of course that This wasn't a big surprise for me, I just played this and see that this is basically almost same thing as FlatOut 2, or actually It's! the only things that is featured in this is the: Carnage mode and The new soundtracks. Nothing else. Howover I am prefering most FOUC or FO2, Because they have more content and more things for do. Others games also like: Race Driver 3 & DiRT 2 were also other lazy ports for PSP. But this sure is much more fun.

Doens't are a lazy port, Flatout Ultimate Carnage new content doesn't are a big thing to be important to porting into a limited plataform as the PSP. The only content from Ultimate Carnage that are missing is Bonecracker, Grinder, new vehicles design, detailed track layouts and the new rivals, the rest are the same.
