You know when you get the feeling that you want to cry so your throat tightens up and you find it hard to talk or to make a sound so you sit there with blank face and feeling the tears building up but you can't even cry because you forgot how to feel anything ever since she left you, you thought that she saw you as her one and only but she was only focused on others so she put her cheat codes on and cheated… So you blame yourself for her cheating but was it your fault? For being so nice and being so scared that no one would ever make you feel the way when you with her , when you see her eyes and it makes you smile, when you hear her laugh it makes you smile, even if you see her smile it makes you smile and you just feel so stupid for smiling because she hurt you so bad and weakened you to the point that you pushed everyone away because you thought no one can understand you except for her.

Two days ago my friend told me "I love you" in a phone call right before I went to bed (in a non gay way) and the day after showed photos of her self harm cuts on her story and fuck I cried hard when were ein the middle of a group call and it was really fucking akward and I really don't wanna lose her and I can't express the amount of fear I felt when she texted me "I'm sorry" and muted herself. She is the nicest person I've ever had in my goddamned life and she has helped me through so much stuff and helped me when I was having sucidal thoughts that I almost acted on and in that moment I thought I fucking lost her and im still crying about it but I'm too afraid to ask her for help again

I just had a panic attack. I don't really know what life is. I am practically nobody. I want to be somebody but i dont know a lot of things. I don't know why I'm writing this and i dont know if anyone will see. part of me hopes so but part of me hopes nobody ever sees this. I have a lot of shitty things going for me now. I have a couple good things. i forget about those things sometimes even though i might be holding them. and sometimes, i want to peel my scars off like the bandaids that once covered them. and i want to breathe at 5am. I want to see the world. but fear holds me back from a lot of things. maybe that's why I quit riding horses. i was scared. not of falling off or hurting myself but I was scared it wouldnt be how I thought. I do a lot of weird things that keep me going. for instance, writing long comments on music videos. like, slapping the no parking sign every time I walk by it to go to the bus. I guess if I need something to look forward to that's what it is. because if I dont have something to look forward to I would be even more gone. goodbye. I hope that if anyone even glances at this, you have great day because you probably deserve it if you're here.
