Also, as far as I'm concerned, the Rein teabagging the cheater was his personal victory for the game. edit - LMAO, on a rewatch I just realized in 10:27 the Soldier's allied Moira throws a damage biotic orb at him. Since he's full health, that means it wasn't a case of using the wrong orb to heal but the Moira mistaking him for an enemy. There goes that cooldown.

This bit of info helped further my theory that what we are watching is not a normal cheater but actually someone testing a cheat they've created or work on. Especially in the first round they seem to be testing and tweaking the prediction aimbot. I assume to gauge areas where they need to tweak the software.
