Awww, our blogging days - I miss those times so much! 🥰🥰 I wanted to give the actual selling prices on the Capello I've sold so far, they sold when I was running a sale. 6 Dinner Forks - $254.88. 2 Teaspoons - $53.51. I haven't listed my Yamazaki yet, I'm a little torn if I should list it as one set or break it up, can't quite decide.

Thank you, I look forward to Flatware Fridays. I recently found some Denby Stainless Steel steak knives. I could only find one article about them in 2016, nothing on eBay. So I took a chance and listed 6/$100. Sold within days. I wouldn't have even looked at them if it wasn't for your videos, thank you.

I love flatware Fridays! Two weeks ago, I lamented on here that I couldn't find any flatware, and then, during the last two weekends of yard sales, I've found tons! I'd ask how much for a few pieces and these sellers were pretty much begging me to take the full boxful on to get rid of it!! (like $5 for a full box, I could barely carry it) It will take me a long time to go through it, and I don't even know if the condition of everything is sellable, but I saw a few of those atomic-looking spoons with stars on them! Thank you for the education! I would not have bothered before. Oh, and at an estate sale, I found in a kitchen box what I now know is a vintage hair pick. They sold it to me for .50 cents lol! I have no idea why it was in the kitchen drawer. Thank you so much, Shannon, for teaching us all about these obscure items.

Love the added background on the flatware companies as that is something I like to discover as well. Always a highlight of my week!

A few weeks ago we were hit pretty hard with hurricane Helene here in SC. We lost power for 5 days and WiFi for 2 weeks. So here I am in the dark during the massive power outage, huddled on my sofa with my phone… that had spotty reception btw…watching the two videos of flatware Friday that I had missed. Hubby laughed at me because when the power went out that Friday morning the first words I said was No I’m going to miss Flatware Friday! But even better during that time I sold a set of 3 Oneida Patrick Henry demitasse spoons. Who knew that 3 tiny spoons would bring such joy!😂

Love Flatware Fridays! I’m reviewing all the videos because I’m tackling some old money pile stuff. Thanks to you, I found a Queen wooden embroidery hoop and some really good silver plate flatware. The Queen hoop was up for ONE MINUTE at 7:00 AM before I got an offer! I’m holding out to let more buyers find it for now. Listed four silver plate grapefruit spoons this morning for auction because the mark was unrecognizable, and I thought the JFK monogram just might add value. Got a bid within 15 minutes!

I did a full inventory on my flatware 6 months ago. It was quite the chore compared to other items in inventory. I recently ended,/sell similar 250 listings. I lost 12 listings in the process. Unfortunately, i need to do another inventory. Errrr!!! Im not sure whats worse...an lost listing or and item not in stock due to inventory glitches.

Quite the chore! My next chore is to get our flatware organized again! Mr Pish Posh has an idea for a new dedicated spot for it...but it will require moving things around... We haven't been focused on flatware like we have in the past so an inventory will be easy. But time to get it started before it gets too big of a job! Thanks for watching!

I found some Boda Nova Stockholm pattern flatware and it sold very quickly for about $24 a piece. I got it at Goodwill in a “bag o’ silver ware” that I guess I got for about 20 cents an item. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us.

I didn't comp it out, I could tell by the weight of it and it had a stamp I couldn't read, but I knew!!! ok byeeeeeeeee thanks for making me look at flatware!

SHANNON GIRL! I need your advice. After you pick your chin off the floor that is, I just scored Spode Christmas Tree 4 full sets!.(paid 3.49) Now, your advice here: List as sets of 4, individually, or as a whole set? Thanks in advance

wowsers!! Looks like it's hard to go wrong! So you have 20 pieces? I'd probably go for 4 dinner forks, 4 teaspoons, etc...I think you'll make more money than one whole big lot. Should be a good time of year to sell it too...even if it's after the holiday when people realize they need replacements!

Thank you for your suggestion. I saw the word Spode and quickly snagged the bag off the wall.

Sometimes steel wool or a steel wool brush will work
