Game and watch would actually win. He’s pretty unpredictable and that bucket he carries can defend from any projectile PAC-MAN throws at him. While the dot muncher fought ghost like spooky. game and watch help fight beings like Galeem and he was made before pac man so he had more experience. Pac-man May be stronger and faster but he wasn’t a match for Game and Watch’s unpredictably, tools and bigger Arsenal. I guess you can say Game and Watch brought the hammer down
