Primal Salad dressing, Walmart grass fed beef. Walmart Almond flour, Walmart coconut sugar, PureStevia, Siete Enchalada sauce Applegate hotdogs. Thats a good start on my Walmart list. However, I find not all Walmarts carry these items. They do carry Ezekiel bread and their price is cheaper than a healthfood store.

My husband dad's was a farmer! They used to put chemicals to the grass , so the grass grew faster and the cows were eating this grass with chemicals, and also it was considered grass feed grass finished. To the organic grass they were not adding chemicals to it, but the grass was growing a lot slower. I buy organic grass feed, grass finished! Maybe we should look closer to this question 🤔 😏

I am encouraged to see your enthusiasm, although I don’t understand how it’s on topic, that doesn’t mean that the Lord can’t put on your heart how God created things and they were good if that’s truly where your heart leads you when you hear the word healthy. Yes, this world was created to be perfect, and we are the ones that broke it, and that’s why we repent and turn to Jesus and from our sin that hurts us and others, we are called to take dominion over this planet, literally care for it, but we are not the saviors, and this planet will not last forever in its current state according to prophecy and simply anyone who opens their eyes, but, “God did not come to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.” That’s from John three. I think it’s excellent that you’re encouraging people to read scripture, I would just love if you connected it to the original comment as the Lord leads you. God bless and thank you for loving others so passionately. God is going to give you so many opportunities to share the hope that you have in Christ Jesus our Lord. 💕

I've been so ticked off with Walmart because I kept coming across items that have "made with bioengineered ingredients" as though it's a special feature we ought to have. I'm DISGUSTED with the whole point of using humans as a mass experimental grounds. You missed the worse ingredient in the taco seasoning - Malodextrin. Higher on the glycemic level than white sugar. Poisen. It’s also in sugar free jello.

I already purchase Primal Kitchen salad dressings but would love to know if there are other brands out there that don't contain seed oils. I haven't found any so far and would also appreciate some simple scratch dressing recipes as well. How come there's always video's from Costco but never from Sam's Club? Not all of us are Costco members and I'd love to know what items to concentrate at from Sam's Club. If he's made any I missed seeing them that's for sure.

Just because the label states “grass fed” don’t assume the animal was raised in a pasture. If you want meat that has been able to walk the fields the label must say “pasture raised”. Organic is also a misconception as farmers can not control the winds and rain from dropping pollutants onto the soil.

This was amazing. I should be eating a gluten free diet. I need some help in doing it. Never in my life have I been able to stick to it. I will be trying that pasta. Usually I like rice noodles. I have been interested in moving from seed oils to healthier oils. Thank you so much for helping us select. Your format reminds me of the Kroger Opt Up app which I previously used to make healthier choices. Some of these though point out that healthier processed food like the enchilada sauce and salad dressing and bread are quite expensive compared with making my own. I would love some healthy salad dressing recipes.

Grassfed beef ....all grass is not equal. Some grass pastures are fertilized. Some are sprayed for weeds. So, not as good as organic.
