Hey guys! Great video! I worked at Amy's kitchen, Andy and Rachael Berliner are the parent's of Amy. They live the life and lifestyle of their food. Great people. They flew me to London with them to assist in launching their product in Europe years ago! What fun I had!

I know a lot of elderly folks who eat those frozen dinners. Definitely sharing what the best options are with them. Everytime I go to the grocery store, I read the ingredient . I always say to myself if it is Bobby approved or not. Totally addicted to label reading.. I have been doing Keto for 1 1/2 years. It is all in making good choices. I lost 60 pounds and I wear a size 8. Good choices and label reading have improved my health.

I actually like the frozen riced cauliflower. I find it doesn't have that sharp cauliflower taste like fresh - the frozen is more mellow and bland, so it makes a better bland "rice" base that I can season or put a flavorful sauce over. I just microwave it, and it comes out great, not too mushy or wet.

Unless things have changed since I was involved in farming, the Round up is sprayed on the grain crops after the grains is harvested. The reason is to kill any weeds before planting a crop after the small grain such as soybeans or corn. It kills the growing weeds, but should not effect the crop that was planted in the stubble.

Usually I get frozen berries when the fresh are too expensive. I also get some frozen veggies, riced cauliflower and broccoli. Also frozen cauliflower for making cauliflower nuggets. I make my own sweet potato fries. I slice then bake them in the oven without any oil. Then I eat them with ketchup that does not have corn syrup, or stone ground or spicy mustard. Most remade food has oil in them which sets heavy in my chest; it does not feel good at all. Reason why I do my best to avoid all oils whenever possible. I find it is always easier to make my own version that will not make me feeling bad.

So, wild-caught is all well in good, but you have to pay close attention to where it is processed as well. Sam's Choice and Wal-Mart brand frozen fish are usually processed and packaged in China so you are probably not getting wild-caught salmon or fish any longer after they process it but instead, cheaper garbage meat.

Look as long as it is reasonably nutritional, makes my mouth happy, my bank account happy, my belly full don’t care about the rest. Saffron Road, Amy’s, Beyond, Purple Carrot, Evol, and Morningstar are all my favorite brands. I really get annoyed when people shit on GMO stuff, like they are scared of science. I can’t tell a single difference. A lot of fear-mongering about specific ingredients. I have IBS and reflux but none of these brand give me problems. Just whatever works for you, because everybody is different. The big thing is, a lot of these aren’t really accessible to low income individuals. I live in one the cheapest state and towns in the US Kentucky. I can barely get a weeks worth of high quality food stuffs for about 250 dollars (3 meals a day, two people, for seven days, adds up fast). That’s not even included our other household goods like TP and toiletries I’m not trying to hate on the video but it kinda makes people like me feel bad when we firstly can’t afford these high quality brands on the regular and secondly, might enjoy those GMO and “bad” oils. Poor people deserve quality food too, but we can all still be healthy eating on less than perfect brands.

Bobby, on the chance you read comments for old posts (I don't do most social media like Instagram), I am curious about your claim on the Dr. Pregger veggie burgers you showcased at walmart. You noted that the product was non-gmo, but in looking at the ingredient list did have roasted corn, and corn powder. I did not see a claim that the corn was non-gmo, so can you please let me know how you were able to determine that? ps - I discovered you just this week, and am now a lifelong follower.
