INGREDIENTS:
For Filling:
Palm Sugar 60g
Grated Coconut 70g
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Palm Jaggery 2
For Dough:
Pandan Leaves 1 cup
Water 165 ml (for pandan dough)
Water 195 ml (for original flavor dough)
Glutinous Rice Flour 200g each (total: 400g)
Coconut Milk 60 ml | 4 tablespoons (1 tbsp pandan + 3 tbsp)
For Topping and Bowl:
Grated Coconut
Banana Leaves

ស្ករត្នោត ៦០ ក្រាម
សាច់ដូងកោស ៧០ ក្រាម
អំបិល ១៤ ស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេ
ស្ករផែន ២ ដុំ
ម្សៅ៖
ស្លឹកតើយ ១ កូនចានចង្កឹះ
ទឹក ១៦៥ មីលីលីត្រ (រសជាតិស្លឹកតើយ)
ទឹក ១៩៥ មីលីលីត្រ (រសជាតិដើម)
ម្សៅអង្ករដំណើប ៤០០ ក្រាម (តើយ ២០០ក្រាម និង ធម្មតា ២០០ក្រាម)
ទឹកខ្ទិះដូង ៦០ មីលីលីត្រ ឬ ៤ ស្លាបព្រាបាយ
សំរាប់រោយពីលើ និង ចានស្លឹកចេក៖
សាច់ដូងកោស (ដាក់តាមចំណង់ចំណូលចិត្ត)
