In the fourth episode of Raja Rasoi Aur Andaaz Anokha, Chef Ranveer Brar brings to you two delectable recipes: the first one is the Lucknowi Biryani and another dish that hails from Hyderabad, Haleem. He discloses lesser-known tips to cook an authentic Lucknowi Biryani and speaks of Turk-Afghan imprints on Hyderabadi cuisine.

Master chef to hain hi , and for some reason I liked the the place and most importantly if you observe he doesn't Use any plastic. That not only makes the food flavoursome but also very much authentic , loved every bit of it ❤️

The history of haleem is when Hussain(A.S) lashkar went to karbala they use to make haleem while on their way to karbala and from their it starts the tradition of haleem and you can see this in the month of "Moharam"... Love from Pakistan
