Consider this: trump had his daughter-in-law appointed to the RNC Chair so that he could use their coffers to pay his personal legal expenses. That trial, and the inevitable appeal, cost(s) a LOT of money that WOULD have been used to finance his campaign. I'd bet dollars to doughnuts that if anyone was to take a close look at the RNC's accounts, they would find that the RNC is nearly out of money. Since we already know that trump is not ABOUT to use his own money to campaign, I'd bet that this is the reason trump's not campaigning.
