I'm from Pakistan and I can tell you that this property's finishes are shit even by Pakistan's standards. Even the Middle and Upper Middle class homes are way more aesthetically pleasing than this one. I tell you the reason why it is so ugly. This is most probably an investment property that was built by a wealthy but not very educated investor, and such houses are not built to be lived in but to get sold. They try to minimize the costs by avoiding high quality materials and finishes and instead try to add some swag by using golden spray paint and BRANDED stuff everywhere, which btw is fake 99% of the time. Sad Scenes. Such a waste of money!!!

In Latin America you get to see some of the most fabulous Estates in the world, BUT since these people need to be very careful/reclusive because of their own safety, hardly ever will you get to see their homes and never will they offer a tour (of course). Some cliffs in Acapulco, Mexico have MANY with such estates which you get to see because of their location overlooking the ocean... Pick a country you'll, always find very exclusive "gated hoods" that no one can access, hidden somewhere in the outskirts of the city: 2-3 security access gates before getting in. Hence! People think they're non existent... Their fav.? To hide in Eco friendly hoods (we even recycle our hair, type of places), next to natural reserves Or in the middle of nowhere next to a highway. They can have their own everything through an HOA: water sources, security, garbage disposal, employee transportation, landscaping crew, private roads which they maintain, etc. I am in RE; been in it for three generations, MANY of these houses exclusive houses are sold "undercover" meaning no one should know; which is quite the challenge. NO ADS, NO ADDRESS, NO NAME of the seller (many will not be registered as the legal owners of the buildings), NO TELL Photos (streets, clearly distinguishing features, telling outside views, façade, coordinates, etc.). Perfectly identify the potential buyer (Who, what do they do, where is the money coming from, some would NEVER sell to politicians for example). Plus extremely strickt money laundering laws FORCE sellers to make sure the money is clean. Otherwise they can be held legally responsible for "dealing with narcos, criminals or politicians..." and their estates can get confiscated at least for a while or forever. Yes, a dreadful law that is. This needs to happen BEFORE anything can even flow. Creativity and Intel is what distinguishes Big Brokers down here.

And the architectural detail doesn’t even carry over to some parts of the interior; look at the ceiling of the living room, it’s just a white wall with some LED’s. The marble patio looks so cheap. And of course the house is shoehorned on to the lot such that there’s no grass Not to mention they just grabbed architectural elements and threw them at the wall to see what sticks.

About sound dampening. It is very important in every home. I would like to see you comment on the acoustics in a home. I noticed that wood laminate floors make sounds very harsh, it is not plaisant. I have vinyl laminate ,wood, and some carpets. These floor surfaces make the sound softer. I havent been in marble rooms or tile but they must echo too. The black cushion wall is an idea, not the best , but every room needs a good sound ambiance. Tapestries would have been a better choice for the wall dampening decor. I would expect to see lots of beautiful carpets in a Pakistan luxury home.

The living room is so large, it is out of proportion to the furniture. I did like the black and gold aesthetic for the dining room but not sure I want the toilet opening directly unto it. lol. Also, the living area can accommodate 50 guests but is it that people have to dine on rotation? And is one toilet for the dining area enough? 🤔 Agree with the kitchen being so tiny. I laughed at the fridge - I have more fridge/freezer capacity for our modest sized family - there is a pantry inside this palace right? RIGHT? 6:50 The bedrooms are a nice size, but hardly the size for an actual king. I mean, a king usually has servants to come in and help to lay out the clothes and to help dress - maybe an extra 4 or five people. 7:56 Umm ... is that the door to the walk in closet or is it just a clothes cupboard. lol. Why does the queen's room look bigger? Maybe the camera angle, I guess. Ok the master is a really good size. The decor is rather bland though. Made for a Beige King I guess. 🤣 9:26 & 13:09 I'm laughing hysterically at the corner shower stall. I am almost positive I saw the same thing at one of my local hardware stores - a kinda prefab thing you can just slot in. 🤣 10:24 🤦♂I am watching the clash between the tile on the floor (which I do not like 11:35 😅) and the green square tile around the fountain. I may be very snobbish but I'm not parking my Bugatti there. 😂 My question about the swimming pool is how do you get to it? I mean do you have to trek through the oversized living area? Come outside, and walk through the car park? How do the ladies get to it and maintain privacy from other guests? 15:49 Conference sized projector screen, yay. 😅

Wow my grandparents used to have those types of beds and furniture in the 80s. The place is pretty gaudy. There is a mish mash of random stuff in it. They have a dividing fence on the wall with leaves on it we buy at home depot for $70.I guess this is how it is there. The overselling of how good this crap is, its hilarious. 😅

I’m not sure why they wouldn’t put it at this calibre of a property

It's cavernous-it echoes, the scale is immense, but also to stuffy and formal. How do you make it feel intimate and cozy? The rooms off the main have that intimacy. Big but very underwhelming bathroom! Every room is different, you won't get bored.

I lost count of how many times Arvin is rubbing his face in sheer disbelief. 😂😁

Remember though a carport has a roof. A parking lot has no roof. That’s not even a carport. That’s a parking lot. A marble parking lot far from the garage. Not a carport. In marble parking lot.
