Guten Morgen lieber Arvin! Finally another one of your videos, we never miss one ✊😎❤️🍿 We wanted to open the pool season today but as German weather has taken a nasty turn, we instead watch your quips and critiques from the safe inside. Have a fantastic weekend ☀️🌴🌊🏊🏼♀️🌺🍹

Dude do you even know what makes the house that expensive. You are not paying for the square footage of the house or the number of beds and bathrooms. But rather you are paying for the exclusive view and the quality of the materials used in the design. The focal point isn’t the square footage or the bed and baths but the quality and exclusivity of the home. Do you not see how INCREDIBLY beautiful the home is? You can literally see marble on every corner of the house. You can get houses 3x the size of this for less money but I guarantee it will not be as eye catching as this

PLZ do Enes's $250,000,000 property review.
@SalmanTheFoodieСағат бұрын
I love your review, Arvin . This house is not worth more than $10 million anywhere else in the world , but considering it's got fabulous views of the Dubai skyline, it can be priced at $ 20 million for the exclusivity of being part of a designer brand .. The kitchen and bedrooms are super small and do not justify the price point .. I think The One in Bel Air sold for $140 million, which was 20 or 30 times the size .. Poor Enes gets paid to hype the property, so let's not blame him 😊

Are the watches (and the Hermès toiletries) included to justify the price?

There are many people in the world who have a LOT of extra money. But not all of them can spend (or launder) their money always and everywhere. Let’s say it’s now difficult for Putin’s servants to invest their money in real estate in Europe or America. Dubai is a good option for them. IMHO Perhaps this house will be sold, if not for $135M, but for a similar wild price.

Toilet in the shower space is disgusting and cheap. It should be separated like the other bathroom.
@gfx2006Сағат бұрын
I actually think the bridge adds to the views. It sits very low and doesn't obstruct the skyline. It adds an additional layer to the views making it more 3D. I guess it is a matter of taste and personal preference though. For me that makes the views more interesting.

Every architect knows that book-marked marble will disguise their poor design. Oh, wait…there was no architect involved, just interior designers that have never lived in an actual home.

If they included all the cars and watches, plus a nice big yacht in your slip at the marina, would it be worth $135 million dollars then?
@Maza752 сағат бұрын
Maybe the price includes the watches lol I hope so …

I am absolutely not an expert in the real estate market. But for some reason I have a strong opinion that the prices of almost all real estate properties that Enes advertises are greatly inflated. Sellers are trying to make maximum money with Enese.

I think it is $135 million dirhams. Around one quarter of that in US dollars. Houses are advertised in dirhams in Dubai

@MarmaladeMaki4 сағат бұрын
To be fair in detail this might have been one of the best executed houses ever shown by Enes. If the price tag was 25 Mill it would feel perfectly fine. But 135? I know nothing about luxury real estate but even i had to laugh whrn he said that.
@saleemsallah49614 сағат бұрын
How much would you say he spent on finishing? Because I counted about 3-4 B&O tvs which go for around 20k, I can see why they would put such an unreasonable price tag. The owner broke the bank on this house for sure!

Personally, I am a 45-year-old resident of Dubai, and I agree with you 100% that the asking price for this villa is insanely high and illogical to the extreme

The price does not make any sense. Just 2 years ago 24k sqft beach plot in jumeirah bay was put for sale for 62mill AED, this property is just 20k sqft plot no beach front for 495mill AED 😅

Maybe because of the watches that are so unique? IDK... 🤷♂

@@AnonymousUser1710 no way the price will add up to extra 120 mill USD price bump. this price just simply stupid

i work for some mega wealthy people in the So Cal area. Won't go into names but very wealthy in Bev hills and Bel Air. I've seen houses the go for 20 million in the LA area that aren't even on this par and not even Sea front like this. I think it looks incredible. I do agree however the entire architecture is very basic and standard for such a giant lot. Just my opinion.

People who don’t know anything about Dubai market thinks this is in Palm Jumeirah, it’s not !! This property is in a very unique location (5 minutes away from downtown), plus on the sea and in this location, there are “only” around 27 Villas in this unique location in Dubai. Imagine if there are 27 villas only in downtown manhattan for sale (not apartments) that’s the comparison really !
@toomanymarys73553 сағат бұрын
Dubai isn't Manhattan. It's a shopping stopover.
@kasbas59223 сағат бұрын
@@toomanymarys7355 no it’s not. It’s a huge financial hub for all the Middle East, Africa and central and western Asia regions. You’re talking about a region with a population over 1.5 billion people. So billionaires and millionaires from Asia (mainly China, Hong Kong, India, Pakistan and all the Stan countries in Central Asia) plus most of the billionaires from Africa call Dubai their home ! So it makes sense that property prices are pretty high, country with the best infrastructure (arguably) in the world, great education system, extremely safe plus its free market opportunities. All the elements that makes a great city !

I don't think the bridge killed the view. It's there but still kinda blends into the shoreline because it's low. I didn't even notice it until you said first said something. The skyline isn't blocked whatsoever by that bridge. Though at night it was more noticeable. It still stands that very little of this place is acceptable for $135M.

Anyone trying to build a brand by capitalizing on or projecting other people’s flaws on social media like Arvin is doing is just someone who lacks self confidence in himself. If you are trying to build a name by bringing out other people’s weaknesses then you have issues with your identity and self esteem. I would suggest you work on your own personal project and build your own brand and empire and leave Enes alone. Whatever you say about Enes some of us will not believe you.

Enes’s previous Dubai house tour was much better and for half the price. It also was a unique build and not part of a compound. Would love to see you review the $70,000,000 SAOTA mansion in Dubai.
