I just installed the software just like any other Windows programs, then it available in my plugins folder 🤷‍♂️ Can you elaborate a bit on your issue? (Assuming you have not solved it in the last 5 months 😁) For me, using the plugins was also one of my first big hurdles in music production

Yo nvm it was simple asff 😂🤦🏾 You have to open vital then on the top middle a little to the right you see 3 bar thingy. You click on it and click on log in. You put your account and it’ll download all the presets

wait I figured it out on mine. I had to close the vst window thing. I built my little melody thing with all the crackles and then closed it and it was clear. or well, alot clearer. still a few every now and then.
