Your skill at repurposing your finds is wonderful. I use coral & other sea creatures for summer display. Will adorn them with my Mom's Avon pins and costume jewelry this year. I was born October 23, 1951❣️ Love your channel, tfs.☮️☀️💜

The tiny books and the plaster angel are fabulous!!! We would be great together shopping. I use to live in Los Angeles. It would have been duper to go to the rosebowl with you. You would love the vintage side. You should go there someday on vacation. Take a whole day. It is always the second Sunday of the month

I love how you display your treasures! The tiaras took me down memorie lane as my ma had one similar to the larger one. I believe she got it for a formal dance at her high school in the early 40s. When I asked about it she said she purged it with some party dresses in a private sale in the 50s. 🙄

You reminded me of a couple small school books that I have from my grandmother and her twin brother that I have stored in a buffet drawer. I'll definitely be getting those out to display with some other books I have. I'll have to check the date, they might me antique, if not, close to it. Those tiaras were a great find I caught a glimpse of them in your last video. I'm interested to know your husbands reaction to you cleaning the fridge in a tiara! I watch a lady in China who picks up gems, shells and seafood off the beach it's pretty amazing what she finds and the colours I think her name is Ming. She eats some of the things she finds. Your daughter might like it and your son. Stay safe.

I am new to your channel and love it. I have been watching your videos the last few weeks. I hope that you will see this posting. I am not only a collector of lots of 'things' but love all things genealogical. I couldn't help but research your box. FAD Handy, Francis, was born in 1923 Baltimore, Maryland. He was the son of Kingman A Handy - a Baptist minister and his wife Sadie Davis. Kingmans father was Rev. Henry J Handy b. 1841 Marumscow, Va, also a Baptist minister. At first I though grandpa followed the paternal side but it does not. Grandpa is the father of Sadie Davis - Francis A Davis b 1843 died 1926 - 83 years. He was a retired cigar manufacture. He was in perfect health up until 4 months prior to his death when he got a blood infection. From what I can tell Francis never married. He was an attorney and passed away 19 Dec. 1997 in Baltimore. Francis was actually named for his grandpa :) I hope you will be able to see this and add this little bit of history to your box.
