I notice there are houses backing onto the sheep field. Are the residents there aware that, under the Animal Welfare Act 2006, it is illegal to light fireworks near fields or homes containing horses and livestock due to the loud noises they emit. Would explosions be something that might scare the sheep enough to abort their lambs?

Probably not to all of the above, most of our girls are used to gas guns going off to scare the pigeons
