I have been marathoning your episodes in order and knitting as I watch. I love your podcast so much and not only because you’re both so much fun but because you knit such beautiful things, yet make the same mistakes I do. The row of garter stitches in the middle of your sock is a case in point. How many times have I made a mistake like that and not caught it until rows and rows and rows later. Too many times to admit to it. So glad I found your videos. You’re building my confidence.

That’s awesome to hear! Keep making those mistakes!!!

When my daughter was wee, she called one leg of pantyhose a pantyho as well - she turned 50 in October and we STILL call it that. (I just recently discovered your podcast, so I am watching in order). Love your whole “ thing.” Greetings from Pennsylvania.

Hello Ladies, I'm thoroughly enjoying your podcast which I found by watching My Wool Mitten podcast by Carrie who fondly mentioned you in her last episode.. Someday I hope to visit your store and farm. A silly side note, I work in Belfast, Maine so hearing you speak of Belfast PEI makes me smile.

Lovely podcast....enjoy all the beautiful “makings”, weather reports, caring of the sheep ( and their antics) 😊 Thank you for sharing the process of the creation of your yarns in the spinning mill. I’m binge watching, oddly recent-older, but loving every moment! I’m originally from Minnesota, and now live in North Carolina. Arm chair traveling to the BEAUTIFUL North country. ❤️

Really enjoying the podcasts. So fun to knit along while trying not to laugh so much that stitches drop. I was also impressed with how far the sock yarn goes. I have just finished knitting up two pair with color patterns and have left overs that will be used for more projects. Hope to get out to your Monday evening knit nite.

Hi Ladies. You certainly had me laughing out loud with this one. Camera...good positioning. Stitch marker management...great idea to relieve counting stress. You should definitely rename your segment WIPs and RIPS. I nearly fell off my chair with that one. It's also a good thing to share; ripping out is not a bad thing although those of us with perfectionist tendencies might over due it. I love Jennifer Beale's newest pattern and am so tempted to make it but I'm not really sure it would be a flattering style on me. Your comments about the clarity of her instructions was encouraging. Take 3 gets 5 *s! PEI in the summer... ooh that sounds so lovely. HUgs

What is that yummy looking yarn just over your left shoulder, Jennifer? I want to reach through my computer screen and squish it. My husband is very patient when I proceed to squish every ball/skein/hank of yarn in the shop. No paintball for him, though. He just knows he's likely to get another new sweater out of it. :-)

Lucinda Hello! Our best and favourite tip for new sweater knitters is the Tin Can Knits Flax pattern. It is cute, very easy to follow and has a complete set of video tutorials, AND it’s free and comes in 15 sizes or something, so you could even start with a child size as a gift or something!
