My dad cut a hole under the bed and mounted a small window unit air conditioner so we could sleep in the cool. We camped a lot when I was a kid and I really enjoyed it. He's now battling a large travel trailer with double slide-outs, but the pop-up camper was so much easier to move around.

Yes i agree that just takes to long. But one must choose safe on the fuel due to it not having any drag begin made so low.

i cant believe all the snide comments,come on folks its just some poor women trying to help others by showing how to set up a camper ,job well done proves she"s not JUST a women

"some poor woman".. singular... "women" is plural.

NO! The top needs to go up first, then the stabilizers. The stabilizers create slight flex in the frame, which can cause lift mechanism/cable bind. This is the correct set-up procedure for Fleetwood/Coleman trailers.

Look much easier than the other one I saw this the one I would get

before connecting water hose make sure you use a pressure regulator, some parks have higher pressure than others and if not careful you can blow your PVC lines in the rv or camper.

@famouslauren On many models you level, raise the roof, then put the stabilizers down.
@Kevindust2912 жыл бұрын
@famouslauren No, most pop up manufacturers explicitly recommend that the roof be raised before the stabilizer jacks go down.

Essentially the same for my 1993 model. Seems odd that she is turning the hose fitting "looser" attaching the water supply, though.
@midjurion743 жыл бұрын
I know this is 10 years later, but wth... she's putting the output end (small) of the hose in, so think of the trailer actually input end (large), I agreed for a moment then actually agreed that she was doing it correct and with standard right/tight, left/loose.. just was it easier to turn the hose backwards than flipping the camper around, lol

does anybody know where the dome light kill switch is??? can't find it
@MukYJ6 жыл бұрын
I hope you've found it by now (after 8 years), but the kill switch for the interior lights is under the galley, and next to the water pump switch. When you swing the galley down, it turns off all the interior lights in the trailer.

No, it's a standard 30a, 110/120v RV plug. You can tell because of the round ground pin, instead of a flat bar.

Just buy a caravan you open the door and walk into none of this garbage setting up , could of put up a tent in the same amount of time or even quicker , if I had one of these I would of burnt it to a pile of ash, waist of time pfffft.
