The Then Play On LP gives us a group of songs which transferred beautifully on stage into extended jams. Whenever I need to enjoy the genuis of Peter Green I am never at a loss to find amazing songs and thanks to the Mac community there are new versions coming out in rapid fashion. Today`s digital audio offers precise and accurate reproduction of sound through the use of binary code, where the audio signal is divided into discrete chunks or samples. Analog audio uses electrical voltage to represent the varying amplitude of sound waves. In this format, the sound is stored and transmitted as an electrical signal that mirrors the original sound wave. For me this original format sounds the best.

@@lennarthallberg9918, okay, that is certainly a point. However, the main thing in music is the adjustment of a good harmony in singing and musical instruments.🙂

@josefbruckner7154 For me the most important thing is that music makes me feel unexplainable feelings, something that nothing else can make me feel. Music is all about feelings to me.

Stunning !!! I was too young to see Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac at Winterland (12 in '69) but knew older kids that did. No wonder they were crazy about the band. Took Kiln House to grab me. All in for everything before. Thanks for posting.

Three great guitarists but Peter Green head and shoulders above. World Keep on Turning is something special. Real blues that Hooker and co would acknowledge. As BB King himself said.

Great slide work by Jeremy, of course - and great to see all the band playing behind him. Imagine the band without him, and the great rock and roll he brought to their sound - a great live band. Oh, to be in the audience digging it :-)

@Old Crow I feel that Peter greatly appreciated Jeremy's talent as a performer in the band, especially as part of their live show. It was never just about Peter playing his music, which was mostly blues. It was also rock n roll, rock and psychedelia. Fleetwood Mac has always been a multiplayer multifaceted band. Jeremy Spencer was, and remain, an awesome slide guitarist and mimic. Peter Green saw this and appreciated it. Compare Jeremy to George Thorogood - neither went much beyond what they were best at. And that is ok, as Spencer's performance at the tribute concern in 2020 reveals.

Nobody knows this FLEETWOOD MAC with DANNY KERWIN and PETER GREEN and followed them through from 1968, (live CD 1968 performance). Nor what happened to these members. BARE TREES is one of the best albums of the 20th century, hands down. Then there's the 1st album from LINDSAY BUCKINGHAM and STEVIE NICKS that SHOULD HAVE WON THE GRAMMY but LINDA RONSTADT, HEART LIKE A WHEEL, won. FLEETWOOD MAC wasn't even in the running. GREAT upload!!!! RIP PETER GREEN 🙏🏻 RIP DANNY KERWIN 🙏🏻

When Pete starts playing “World Keeps On Turning”... that’s how I want a Les Paul to sound. “I need it like the sky need the sun” indeed.

So much incridible talent in one band! I often wonder how, or even if, they would have progressed, if Peter hadn't fallen so spectacularly off his trolley. But they left some amazing music for us to love forever.

All three guitar players fell off their own trolley eventually.
