1 onion

Salt
black pepper
1 tbsp marjoram
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1 tbsp mustard
100ml of water
Sauce:
2 onion
100 grams of bacon
thyme
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
300 ml vegetable stock (see the description for the recipe).

Bake: 200°C / 392°F 50 minutes, then
without cover to 250 °C / 482 °F for 10 minutes
on top/bottom heat

Som zo Slovenska hlavného mesta Bratislavy s časti Dúbravka a ten recept vyzera báječne.Určite ho skusím len nemôžem tam dať slaninu môj syn by to nejedol. Alebo ju úplne rozomeliem skúsim a uvidím. Hackbraten. Meine Mutter hat damals noch , je nach größe des Bratens, 1 - 2 gekochte Eier am stück mit eingearbeitet, natürlich wollte ich immer das Stück mit Eigelb . :) Schönes Video, jetzt habe ich mal wieder Bock drauf

Here in the US this dish is a classic comfort food called Meatloaf- with an almost identical recipe, except we lay bacon over the top of the loaf and roast it that way. The usual side starch is mashed potatoes. Makes me wonder if German immigrants introduced meatloaf to the American food lexicon. . .

Alle Rezepte die ich nachgekocht habe waren sehr lecker. Ein Tipp von mir, in das Hack zusätzlich zum Senf 2EL Meerettich ebenso injegliche Sosse das gibt einen sehr schönen Geschmack. Meine Rouladen bestreiche ich auch mit Senf und Meerettich. Einfach mal ausprobieren. Liebe Grüße Helmut🙏🥰

Vielen Dank für ein wunderbares Rezept, ich nenne es Hackbraten. Ich mache ein ähnliches und füge ein gekochtes Ei in den Hackbraten, füge 2-3 Esslöffel Tomatenpüree mit Basilikum zum Hackfleisch hinzu, pikant und lecker. 👍 🥩 ❤️

Ich möchte auch einen kleinen Trick teilen, wenn Sie klumpiges Fleisch schmoren, geben Sie dann 20 Minuten vor dem Ende des Schmorens eingelegte Gurkengurke hinzu, der Geschmack ist ungewöhnlich, ich mache es so heiß.
